How we work

How does Peak Presence run, report on and price your campaign?

A tailored strategy for your market, weekly reporting on cost per lead, appointments, signed listings and ROI, a dedicated point of contact, a written pricing breakdown and clear ownership of your ad account and data. Here is exactly what to expect.

Tailored strategy

How do we tailor every campaign before launch?

We don't launch the same YouTube campaign for every agent. Before launch we evaluate your local market, property price points, competitive landscape, seller demand, advertising economics and your capacity to convert new opportunities into signed listings.

Local market research covers your service area, housing inventory, recent sales activity, typical days on market, listing competition and the homeowners most likely to consider selling.

We then shape the messaging, funnel and budget allocation around signed listings rather than clicks or raw lead volume. The goal is a market-specific seller acquisition system that fits your economics and capacity.

Reporting & ROI

What do we measure and how often do we report?

Every client gets an individual tracking dashboard. We share results multiple times a week, and every week you receive a written report covering cost per lead, appointments, signed listings and ROI.

Each review ends with decisions: what we change in the creative, targeting, funnel or follow-up, and why. Performance is judged by signed listings, not just leads generated.

Communication

Who is responsible for your campaign?

Each client has a clearly identified primary point of contact responsible for campaign communication, performance updates and coordinating adjustments. You always know who to contact about lead quality, appointments, campaign performance or your listing target.

We hold scheduled check-in and strategy calls at key stages: pre-launch (market research, positioning, budget, goals and the signed-listing target), an early campaign review (initial performance, lead quality, follow-up effectiveness), ongoing reviews (cost per qualified opportunity, appointments, signed listings, improvements) and as-needed calls when market conditions, lead quality or your capacity change.

Every review concludes with clear action items, owners and next steps, including honest explanations when a campaign underperforms.

Pricing

How does pricing work?

Pricing is tailored rather than one-size-fits-all. Your investment depends on your market, target listing volume, campaign strategy, advertising requirements and the level of support needed.

Before you commit, you receive a written breakdown of agency management fees, advertising spend (paid to the ad platform separately, in your own ad account), which CRM, automation and follow-up services are included, and any optional production or technology costs. Nothing is assumed; the details are set in writing.

Ownership & cancellation

What do you own, and what happens if you cancel?

The campaign runs in your own ad account, so audience data, creative and pixel history stay with you. Engagements are month to month with no long-term contract and no setup fee.

Your agreement specifies the cancellation process, notice requirements, final billing, and how ad accounts, creative assets, landing pages, CRM access and lead data are handled. We also explain what happens to leads still in a follow-up or nurturing sequence: which automations stop, which assets remain available to you, and the steps to continue follow-up yourself.

Common questions

How often does Peak Presence report results?

Results are shared multiple times a week, with a written weekly report covering cost per lead, appointments, signed listings and ROI, plus an individual tracking dashboard for each client.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Every client has a named primary point of contact responsible for communication, performance updates and campaign adjustments, plus scheduled strategy calls.

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

No. Advertising is paid directly to the ad platform from your own ad account. You get a written breakdown of management fees, ad spend, CRM and follow-up inclusions and any optional costs before committing.

Who owns the ad account, creative and lead data?

You do. The campaign runs in your own ad account, and the agreement spells out how creative, landing pages, CRM access and lead data are handled if the engagement ends.

What happens to my leads if I cancel?

The agreement covers notice, final billing and what happens to leads in nurturing, including which automations stop, which assets remain yours and how to continue follow-up independently.

Is every campaign the same package?

No. Each campaign is built after researching your market, price points, competition, seller demand and your capacity, and the signed-listing target is set from that research.
